One of Brexton's favorite things to do when he is in Ephraim, is go to my brother's farm, called "The Piece." My favorite thing, is my when my dad takes him early in the morning, so I can sleep in! Brex would stay out there all day if we let him. He loves watching the horses, feeding the horses and watering the horses. He loves the cows too, and Kris (my brother) and Teagan's (my sister-in-law) dog, Ali (short for Alligator- I think). Brex loves helping "farmer Kris," as he calls him (or "cowboy Kris" when he is riding/roping). Kris and Teagan don't have any children, but they consider all their horses their children. I love hearing Teagan talk about the different behavior problems they have to deal with, and all of the horses different personalities. Their horses names are Rooster, The Flee, CG/PeeWee, Buzz, Minnie, Afton, Sassy, Lil' Bucky, and Roney.
Brex following Teagan around doing chores. Teagan is so good with all the boys. She "gives" all my nephews a horse that they can call their own. Brexton's was Bucky, but they sold him. Brexton tells everyone they lost him. They just got a new young horse and he's the same color as Bucky, so they call him Lil' Bucky, and now that one is Brexton's.

Brex has never really liked riding the horses- he is usually too afraid, since they are so big. But Teagan is so good to help him and he actually enjoyed riding Minnie last weekend!
This is Afton and her new colt Sassy. We love watching them bond and play.
